How to lose weight while eating carbohydrates

Do you remember when everyone was trying not to consume one single carb? You couldn’t find anything with a normal amount of healthy or unhealthy carbs in it. Do you really think that eating bacon all the time is a good thing? Here is going to be some info on how many carbohydrates to lose weight you should eat per day.

Since not all good or bad carbs are the same we need to know just how many we should eat. It’s the type of healthy or unhealthy carbs that matters most.

The more active you are the more carbohydrates you need. Some people say you should eat 200 grams a day. This is not a number that I would suggest.

A healthy amount is about 75 grams of carbs per day.

You must concentrate on only eating quality food. Try to avoid artificial flavors and sweeteners. When you food is real it will have healthier effects on the body. There are a lot of healthy alternatives to bad foods. Carbs are ok in moderation.

There are some good or bad carbs that are better than others. Don’t be obsessed about the number of carbohydrates.
