How do I start selling my clothing at events and venues (concerts)?

I have designed my own line of clothing which I want to start selling at concerts and such. But I don’t know what kind of licenses I would have to have. It would also be great if someone could point me in the direction of some contact numbers for local venues, (Southern California).
