How do people coup with depression over dire news regarding global warming?
Dr. J asked:
Every day there is a news story relating to global warming. Scientific reports that are released, current events such as the wildfires in southern California, and more. It all paints a bleak future for those who read the stories, but what about those who are doing the research and seeing the effects first hand? Is there hope?

I do what I can to reduce my greenhouse gas emissions, and support politicians who make the environment a top priority. No sense in sitting around feeling depressed - take action instead.

If the media hype over global warming is giving you depression, you need to get on some serious meds, or maybe you should just turn off the TV!!!!!!
