You’ll have to do some of your own digging to get all the stats you want, but here’s a start for San Diego. From February 2007 through January 2008 it rained 38 days. Normal would be about 41. The average rainfall for a year is about 10 inches. For February 2008, there have been 11 days with measurable rain–today is the last day of the month, and it’s possible that there might be rain today, so it could go to 12. Hope that helps.
