What are some restaurants with gorgeous views of the ocean or city?

I’m looking for a venue in southern california to host an event. I really liked The Sky Room in Long Beach because it has this 360-degree view, but it only holds around 200-300 people. I need a place that can hold 400+ people. Are there any places that are similar to it, with the 360degree view thing? If not, then just any with a really nice view (doesn’t have to be 360degree)?
