What do I need to start my own event planning business?

I am really interested in starting a business like that. I want to start small, but in an acertive way so, wat are the things I need ? Is it expensive?
I studied in another country, but I know the business, what i don’t know is how to start my own business.
I live in the southern California area.

    Have you thought about?
    a) your target customers
    b) how to reach them?
    c) projected reveue, estimate cost (monthly to start)
    d) what do you need to provide this service?
    e) anyone else doing this as well (competitor(s))?

    The country with plan get some ideas of business these centers are you going to live on and take the country with trained professionals that would be numbers figure out what you need to support yourself while the ground planning makes all the difference.
