adding on to a house, everything middle grade. i need a square footage price guesstimate including all materials. what is the current going rate in so. cal.?

Does anyone else have google besides me? Is it just easier to ask than look? Type in COST PER SQUARE FOOT CONSTRUCTION. There is lots of information on the net.

get an estimate from 3 contractors- Home Depot, private, and someone who is doing a flip in your area. $200?
