Where can I perform in Southern California?

I’m an aspiring hip-hop/RB artist trying to find places that’ll allow me to perform anywhere in Southern California. Is there any website that has a list of places or does anybody know of any places? Let me know.

    i’ve seen upcoming rappers selling their mixtapes on hollywood blvd, and in venice beach. theres singers/performers in the 3rd st promenade, but i’ve never really seen a rapper performing there. theres also this thing called downbeat which you can google, its in santa monica. i heard a lot of new rappers go there to perform
